Slips, Trips and Falls

If you have been injured through a fall which was caused by the fault of another party you may be able to claim compensation.

Claims can for example arise for defective pavements and slippery floors in shops and supermarkets. Compensation can be awarded for your injuries sustained together with any earnings you have lost as a result of the accident.
