Our professional management and client care is second to none.   Our Mission is to provide a range of legal services to clients in Portsmouth & Southsea in a traditional way and to focus on the client and their needs.   We offer face to face contact with the client whether in the Southsea office or in the client’s home, whether it is local to Portsmouth or further afield.   We offer a traditional family solicitors practice but with up to date technology.   Our clients are people, not just numbers.   We anticipate that clients will be confident with the personal service which we provide.

People

The firm is headed by Kirsten Woodgate a Solicitor and former Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, who was born and bred in Portsmouth and has practiced in the city of Portsmouth and Southsea for many years.   Kirsten has extensive experience in personal injury, accidents at work, wills and probate and general civil litigation matters to include housing, welfare benefits, licensing, debt, military advice, and landlord & tenant.  

Sara Bryan is an employment and Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 16 years experience.

Sam French is a conveyancing executive with 20 years experience in residential conveyancing.

Linda Oxford is a wills and probate executive with 15 years experience.
